Once the work is done, it is time to decide on an asking price. This is a very important step because you want to price it at a fair market level. If you price too high, it will delay the sale and often you will find the sale price is less than you had hoped. If priced too low, you will be depriving yourself of the maximum return. Your Realtor will provide you with a comparative market analysis so you can see the other homes like yours on the market, and what similar homes actually sold for.
During the selling process you will need to make your home available for showings. Your Realtor will review how this process works in your sale.

Contracts & Closing

Once a contract is agreed upon, your Realtor will guide you through the rest of process – inspection issues, deadlines, title reviews¸ etc. – all the way to a smooth closing.
